First Baptist Church of West is a wonderful community of loving believers. We are a family. Our family works together well, we take care of each other, we love each other, and enjoying worshiping the Lord together. We are always eager to welcome others into our family. Our church was established 150 yeas ago, so we have a great history and some meaningful traditions. We are proud of our heritage, but we do not live in the past. We have just built a beautiful new sanctuary and finding new ways to reach more people for Christ. We firmly believe that the best years for our church are still to come. We have a bright future.
